How do I make payment?
You can place orders on our website using major credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. Currently, we do not accept checks or money orders. SonHaiDoll is not responsible for any bank fees incurred if charges accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or AMEX cause customers to exceed their available credit limit or available debit funds. All orders are subject to acceptance.
Do I need to pay customs duties?
SonHai has already covered the customs duties and clearance fees for your country, so there are no additional import taxes for you to pay.
Is shipping free?

How soon after I make payment will my order be shipped?
We require 1 day to process orders and typically ship within 48 hours. If we rest on weekends, your order will be shipped on Monday.
